My wife when we were first starting dating bought me a hot air balloon ride for my birthday. I was born on Xmas day, so we did it a few days before that... it was really really cold, and I have a fear of heights.. other than that it was great! This was a shot from inside the balloon as it inflated...

Nice colors. A hot air balloon ride when you're afraid of heights? What was she thinking?! I suppose we won't find many photos taken from when you were up in the air above the city? :-)

@Steven: In her defense, she didn't know of my fear of heights when she bought the trip... I'm okay if I've got something under my feet (building, mountain) but not so much other times... since I was standing in the basket, it was only half terrifying.. :) But I gutted through, and yes, there will be many photos from up above later on...
I have a few more tucked away in the computer someplace .
